Mimi is any individual who has thought or said, "Ah, Whatta 'Bout Me?"  the company was created in October, 2003 by Martha Rainey. 

Martha has over 25 years of experience in operations management, project management, human resource development, and customer service in the QSR industry.  This experience sparked the idea to create a company that specializes in meeting managers’ needs for recognition that is affordable and requires minimal effort on the operators’ parts. 

Martha has an undergraduate degree in business with a minor in marketing from Spalding University.  She earned her MBA and MSF from Indiana University.
