How do the automated programs work?
Operators decide on a package and provide us with the recipients’ names and dates of special occasions. Most operators update us quarterly in order to account for turnover. We deliver the recipients the selected package on the specified dates. This way, whether you are putting out fires, in the middle of a new product role out or relaxing on vacation, you can rest assured that the recognition will take place and the employee will feel appreciated. What is the cost of automated programs?
Costs will vary depending on the number of recipients. Most restaurants average 25 to 35 Team Members and receive our birthday packages at a flat rate of $32.99 per month. Restaurants currently in our anniversary program average $50 per month.
Is there a minimum order?
No order is too small, although, discounts are available for large orders.
How are products shipped?
Products needing to arrive on a specific date are shipped through DHL. Products can be sent overnight upon the customers’ request. During the summer months perishable items are shipped with polar packs.
What is the turnaround time?
Aside from the ceramic gifts, all products can be shipped within 24 hours, excluding large or special orders which normally will ship within 5 days of the order being placed. Custom ceramic items can be shipped in 4 weeks.
